Veronica M. Hart Ragland created DIY Guardianship in response to a need to protect vulnerable adults at an affordable cost.  Guardianship is a legal process that many find intimidating. But, retaining an attorney can be expensive.  Foregoing the process is very risky when a vulnerable adult is left without the guidance and protections of a guardian. 

As a licensed attorney, Lean 6Sigma process improvement professional, and certified Arbitrator, Veronica discovered that the MAJORITY of families don't need an attorney, they can do it themselves  -- but with the guidance of an attorney. 

Veronica created products and services to help our families save cost, time, and frustration when petitioning for guardianship or transferring guardianship from another state to Arizona.
