Description:

This service is designed to help individuals petition for guardianship with completed forms and coaching Maricopa and Pima Counties. Participants will receive a binder of completed guardianship forms divided into the "5 Simple Step" process, and expert coaching and guidance to ensure the successful completion of all guardianship petition forms and requirements. DIY Guardianship cannot guarantee outcomes, which are dependent on a judicial decision of multiple factors. Although, DIY Guardianship will continue coaching through the hearing process.

After deciding on this service, learners pay for and complete the Intake Form only.  The balance of the cost for completing and delivering your forms will be shared by the DIY Guardianship Ambassador who will deliver your forms and coach you throughout the process.
